This is the best sleep mask I've ever had. The material is good quality. It's 3D molded so it's very comfortable because there's no pressure on your eyes - the mask rests on the bony area around your eyes. In low or medium light it's completely blacked out. If it's the middle of the day and there's a lot of light in the room there is a bit of very minor light leakage around the nose. It has a Velcro strap which I have found much better than the elastic strap most sleep masks have. I have a big head, which usually stretches the elastic, and once that happens the mask becomes loose and therefore useless. With this you can set the tension/tightness exactly where you need it and it holds tight. It also comes with a pair of foam earplugs. Having used this for a couple of months I'm very pleased with it - it's a few dollars more than the average sleep mask but I think it was well worth it as it's high quality, comfortable and actually enables you to get a good sleep.
