Good product at a fantastic price

This air purifier does a great job to clean a bedroom’s air from allergens and dust. This seems to be a rebranded popular Levoit one used from Amazon US to work on 230/240volt electricity. Replacement filters currently can be found by searching for “LV-132 Replacement filter”.
I used a power meter and at the lowest setting it is ultra quiet (can barely hear it) and uses only 16 watts. At medium setting it sounds like a desk fan and uses 26 watts. At the highest setting it sounds like a desk fan on a high setting and uses 48-52 watts.
Note: Before first use, you need to open the bottom of it and take off the plastic wrapping protecting the air filter!

Not as quiet as other reviewers claim but overall decent product.

My 3/5 is simply because it's a 'good' product, it doesn't have any particular stand out features in particular.
First and foremost we should talk about the noise and where in my own house i've put it. So it recommends 40cm of space all round which is no problem I have a table at the end of my 5m x 4.2m bedroom and I put it on that table's corner with nothing around it. On the smallest fan speed (it has 3) it's bearable during the day but quite loud at night when there's no external noises to deal with. I would say that it's about the same as putting my big dyson bladeless dc fan on it's low/medium settings downstairs in our living room. It's audible and very much so. Not sure if it's much of a measure to go by but even during the day with the door open (and as it stands it's within 1m of my open door directly I can go out into the hall which leads straight on with no curves and hear it right at the end possibly 10m+ away. That's on 1. For example it's lightly raining in Sydney right now and I have it on at its lowest setting but I can't hear the rain on my roof, but the bird calls are coming through the white noise no problem.
On 3 I can hear it from downstairs. So idk if the other reviewers run blow driers all day but it's nowhere near as silent as they claim. That being said I've been worked like a mule this week and I did actually manage to fall asleep with it on but honest to god I would've knocked off even with a rock band playing downstairs.

I change my own car's hepa filter because it's easy and saves a few hundred every time in service fees and the one in this unit looks just as great, goes from fine dust mesh, to hepa air filter to something like charcoal hexagonal pods. Considering the price and also the availability of replacement filters this is a heck of deal.
So we've done one negative and one positive, no it's not nearly as quiet as you'd hope even on it's lowest setting but yes you can sleep to the white noise if necessary and YES it works.

Noticed the difference within a hour and feeling alot better what a life saver this unit is, highly recommend this to anybody who is looking for air purifier for their bedrooms. It does excellent job at cleaning the air including dusts. You would want to keep the fan speed on 1 while you go to sleep as fan speed 2 is abit noisy and fan speed 3 is alot noisy but good to use in the day time. I put fan speed 3 in the day time, and then at night I use fan speed 1.
UPDATED: Running this great little unit 24/7 for the last 3 months and have to say I'm quite surprised how much it collects on the filter which you can see in the photo. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I'm a smoker, but my partner quite a while ago and I live in an apartment - where people were complaining about the smoke!! I bought this little purifier (about the size of a small oval trash you might have in your bathroom), and I put it on my side table. The Purifier sucked in the smokes and clean the air really well. Since I purchased this neither my partner, nor my neighbours have complained about my smoking! The clean air coming out of the top is quite impressive, and provides a strong air flow.
On Highest speed fan its loud. So I just run it on highest mode when I'm not home, but when I'm here, speed 2 is barely noticeable and Speed 1 is perfect for night.

I had been suffering the effects of hay fever at night and I found running our ducted air-conditioning fan continuously during the night was a very effective treatment. However, rather than doing this I thought the 3 stage filter in an air-purifier would be better so I decided to try a Arovec AV-P152.
I have been running the Arovec unit contiguously on high speed during the day and at low speed at night and it has not been anywhere near as effective as running the a/c fan continuously.
There are several warnings about removing internal packaging from the Arovec unit. The only packaging I could find was a plastic bag around the filter, which I removed before I used the unit.
The price of this machine when I bought it made it worth trying but there has been a massive $30 sudden increase in price so I wouldn’t recommend the unit now.

This product seems to work quite well. There is a reduction in cooking smells and dust, although some still hangs around. It also seems to rid the air of smoke smells and harsh chemical vapours. I bought it mostly for mould spore removal, though, and there still seems to be some in my room as I still sneeze at times. I've noticed it works better when I have my A/C unit switched on with the fan at moderate speed, so maybe it needs some help moving the air through it, as it's a small unit. On nights when I have the A/C switched off, I wake up with more sinus blockage. But I've noticed overall it does help reduce dust buildup. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product for the money I paid.

Wonderful product, I love this item so far. Not too big not small. It has night light with two setting brightness and 3 fan speed. I was impressed with getting rid of allergens.

Reduced 20% of dust on fan 3 speed.
The first low speed doesn’t actually do any good. You will start to see effective results somehow on stage 2 and 3 speed, but be aware of the noise level.
Level 1 fan speed is 38db

Purchased this air purifier based on reviews, if you use the lowest fan speed then noise isn't an issue, but speed is too low to make any difference. As 2nd and 3rd speed settings are both too loud, specially 3rd (max speed). In addition, you can run the night light on top off, but there is no way to run the LEDs off if you like to sleep in the dark, and provided button are on top covering them isn't an option with the fan outlet blowing air from top side.

Not happy with this product. Left it running for 1 week in my new apartment at fan speed 3 during the day and fan speed 1 at night. Made absolutely no difference. Still very bad settling dust and horrible smells in the apartment.

I bought this air purifier to limit dust in my sons rooms as he has dust mite allergies, and even regularly cleaning doesn’t help alleviate his symptoms. We’ve been using the air purifier for over 2 weeks now, and dust has been minimised and his symptoms are less severe. The night light isn’t too bright and the low fan speed setting is soothing enough that it doesn’t bother him at all.
