A dream is born

20th Century Fox’s story begins in a tiny theater on New York’s Lower East Side. In 1904, fresh from Hungary, 25-year-old William Fox amazed audiences with his magical hand-cranked films. The beginnings were humble – folding chairs, a painted wall for a screen – but the desire to entertain and move people has been at the core of what 20th Century Fox has been doing ever since. By 1915 Fox’s five-cent movie shows were wildly popular and his single screen grew first into a chain of 25 theaters around New York City and then into a movie making business.

Synopsis

Several questions were left hanging at the end of Season 2: What happened after Angela and Hodgins fled the altar, leaving Brennan and Booth to fill the gap? Will Zack go to Iraq? If so, what will happen to him there? Will Cam and Booth resume their on-again, off-again relationship? In the third season of BONES, Brennan and Booth find themselves on the trail of a serial killer who discards his victims’ remains off freeway overpasses. Brennan also must deal with the trial of her father, Max Keenan, for the murder of the Deputy Director of the FBI.

I have watched all the Bones series (currently 1-6) and am eagerly awaiting Series 7 out in October. Series 3 was very good. I was by now getting used to the wonderful plotlines, the humour and the interaction of the cast. I always watch the special features as you get a great insight into the making of the series. If you can cope with really gross decomposing bodies please persevere. It's a lot worse than the bodies on the slabs in the CSI's. Series 3 was great fun!

I couldn't wait to receive my third series of this amazing programme and although I've seen it before, it still didn't disappoint. I did however wait until the price came down, as mentioned by a previous reviewer.

Right from the onset, it grips you and leaves you wanting more as you try to figure out, along with the characters, the question that's on everybody's mind ... Who is Gormagon's Assistant.

I love how the characters have developed over the three series and I'm constantly finding new things I missed from watching it the first time. Along with the obvious crime solving and an insight into their personal lives, this programme goes from strength to strength and never fails to disappoint. Although it's a `crime solving drama type show', I find myself laughing more and more at the one liners that are constantly being thrown out.

Bones fans will not be disappointed and all I can say is I can't wait for the next season to become available.

Enjoy ... I certainly did.

I had bought Season one and two and wasn't disappointed with season 3, albeit it was truncated, due to the writer's strike in Hollywood. The fact that the first 4 episodes of Season 4 were in the package sweetened it a lot.

Character development in season 3 is great and the chemistry between all works really good.

Good stuff, can only recommend it.

Also, the sub plots of the single episodes is very fascinating, but the overall plot of the characters and how they develop personally, as well as their relations to one another is very sweet and touching.
