Excellent support for Plantar fasciitis!!

I purchased this tape to help me with my Plantar fasciitis and I feel like jet li, I can't believe how much this has improved my condition drastically, the tape is of good quality, doesn't irrate feels secure and sticks super well. This take provides excellent support Im able up take off the pain off my heels and helps me get through the day without thinking about my feet, even exercising has started to become fun again. I highly recommend this tape If you need that extra support or to take the edge off

Used to protect my feet from blisters on a hike, the best thing about this tape is that it doesn't come off easily, lasted on my feet for a whole week of hiking without coming loose or peeling.

Did a good job protecting my feet from blisters, I still did get some but I lasted a few days longer than normal with no issues, the tape also definitely stopped any blisters from getting worse and becoming more sore.

Only issue is that when the tape got damp it became sticky on the outside, making it difficult to get my socks off as they would stick to it.

Used for a 3 day martial arts course after spraining my ankle.
Worked brilliantly. I could not have got through the course without it.

Tips:
You need to hold the tape onto your skin with a bit of pressure for 10-20 seconds after applying to get it to stick fully. It is then fixed.
Do not remove dry, wet in the shower or bath and then peel off slowly as sticks firmly, but that is what you need.
This not stretchy, it is not meant to be stretchy, it is designed to restrict movement in certain directions depending on how it is applied.

Stays stuck on

Originally got this to tape my foot due to Plantar Fascitis and once stuck on it would stay stuck on. Taping my foot helped relieve the pain. Having tape that stays on is helpful.

I currently have a wrist injury that necessitates taping from my palm to my arm and this stuff stays stuck even if it gets a bit sweaty or u have to wash my hands. Other tapes I've tried don't last at all.

If your on a hike & something starts rubbing it’s quite serious if your miles to safety.
This sticks on well & protects from rubbing & blisters etc.there pricy but it’s not something I’d be without.
Surgical tape is great too especially for cuts as it breathes but protects but surgical tape doesn’t stretch so hands & feet are better with a stretchy tape

tape lasts for days. great for blister prevention or blisters, spots where hiking bag rubbing, where ski boots were digging in, holding on wound dressings or strapping sprains. survives showering easily. just avoid unintentionally waxing with the stuff, it has a pretty strong grip!

Doesnt stick

This tape useless, does not stick. I've had to purchase some more from a different brand as this stuff useless. Unable to contact seller to feedback. Either i got a faulty batch or old stock - either way very expensive for something which isn't fit for purpose.

I'm using this on my feet to help with plantar fasciitis and it has made an immediate improvement. The tape itself is ideal as it is non-stretchy and a good width.

I'm using Hypafix tape underneath it to protect the skin.
