Yet again a really easy flowering, well written book by this great author to loose yourself in. A marriage of convenience. 3 months and a very large amount of money offered to Trina to pretend that Graham Locke is her husband. The reason! He can make a man very happy, that thinks he is about to Die. Mr Abdon, Graham’s mentor has the wrong idea in many ways. One being he is going to die, two Graham and Trina are married, but the truth escapes and a lovely HEA occurs.
I’m a big fan of fake relationships in books so Trina and Graham’s story was right up my alley.
I liked the premises and the limited angst/drama that went on here. I felt the chemistry and appreciated the slow-ish build up of their relationship. Even if it was quite predictable in its content, I enjoyed the writing, the characters and the idea of the Buck Boys. They are obviously full of mystery, secrets and difficult pasts. And I’m here for it all.
I would have like more insights into Graham’s past and how he handled meeting Trina’s family (I’m sure that was a shock to his system 😂) but apart from that I’m quite satisfied with it all.
Love this author’s books. This story was lovely . Really enjoyed Graham and Trina. She was an amazing woman with so much love to give. Had me crying at times . Can’t wait for the next one which sounds as if it’s going to be a humdinger of a story !
