The handles are pretty bulky, but for me that's a bonus as I felt more in control of the rope as I was using it.
Using it for a while, I noticed that while I was building up a sweat, it didn't slip and I remained in control.
Spinning the rope was a breeze, as achieve a 360 rotation was smooth as I believed the ball bearings were aiding in that.
I really like the ability to swap out and change if you want a speed workout or something with more heavy cardio. The changing process however for the cables via unscrewing is a little finicky and can be a little tedious at times, so for that I prefered to the M2's solely for speed use, and keeping the heavy cable in the Ballistyx jump rope.
Very pleased with this product and will be using it for those heavy jump rope sessions!
