In order to survive, we have to take on a symbiont that wants to rewire our bodies to live in this brutal place. I like to call it a cootie. And my cootie’s a jerk, because it also thinks I’m the mate to the biggest, surliest alien of the group.

BARBARIAN ALIEN is a sequel to ICE PLANET BARBARIANS. You do not have to read both in order to understand the plot, but the story will be richer if you do!

About the author

Ruby Dixon loves to write sexy, dirty things. Right now she's obsessed with dirty aliens. She's also dabbled in dirty bikers, dirty bears, and well, just dirty things in general.
May's release is WHEN SHE'S LONELY, in which we return to the Risdaverse series! It's a sweeter, stand-alone novella about Khex and the colonist he meets that drives him crazy in all the right ways. After that...DAISY'S DECISION should be coming in June!
Don't forget that my lovely re-releases of ICE PLANET BARBARIANS and BARBARIAN ALIEN are now out and contain extra content. Plus, they're so pretty! Coming soon - BARBARIAN LOVER special edition and BARBARIAN MINE!
As always, my e-books are free in Kindle Unlimited.

👽 Quick, Easy to read alien-human boning/mating 🤷♀️ it is what it is and it was enjoyable ☺️ Not gonna lie, I didn't like Liz in the first book but I did get to like her quite a bit more in this one; but I really DID love Raahosh 😍 Liz and Raahosh are nicely suited for each other and it was cute seeing them build a life together 🙂 The world building for this book was less focused on journeying around and more on the relationship/living details which was nice in seeing how the tribe of Sa-Khui and humans were building their lives together 🥰

Even though it's eternally winter in this ice planet, the book is hot hot hot!
Seriously those scenes 🥵🥵
That's pretty all I was here for except I also like the MMC. He was all kinds of grumpy and caveman like.
Raahosh has always been an outsider in his little ice barbarian society. Liz is highly vocal and wants to hunt with Raahosh rather than sewing in the cave. A battle of wills ensues.
This book uncovers more of the story of the ice planet world. Both lead characters are totally engrossing and like the first book I stayed up reading until the wee hours. It has explicit sex scenes that are as funny and entertaining as the rest of this highly recommended book.
Probably wouldn’t read this again and would only recommend to my intense book reader friends.

Ah man I felt so much for Raahosh! He’s always felt rejected, like an outsider in his tribe. He only has one true friend and has never had a lover, which he can only assume is because he is ugly from his scars. So when Liz rejects him over and over, even though their 𝙠𝙝𝙪𝙞 have resonated for each other, he is hurt. I just wanted to cuddle him!!! The giant, terrifying, alien.
The two of them were ultimately quite cute together. Liz jabbered nonstop, even when she though he couldn’t understand english. And Raahosh is your typical silent, grumpy male. But he had so much respect for her in his own way, never wanting to push her too far.
Then, of course, there’s all the sex. All.the.sex. And the awkward, slightly cringeworthy terms the aliens use, which was actually quite funny - I believe intentionally so.
Onto book 3!

For the record, I am glad to finally find a female character as equally as stubborn as I am. I find myself frustrated when the women in books cave so easily. It is predictable and getting incredibly boring.
Raashan is a real Barbarian Alien, with his missing horn and scarred face. He's a literal Caveman extraordinaire. I admire his patience and his willpower not to say anything and let Liz talk her mouth off is incredible.
Ruby Dixon has managed to bring such an incredibly difficult subject and managed to spin it into a real story that deserves 4 out of 5 stars. Can't wait to get to book number three.

It starts off when the aliens are taking down the big monster to get khui from for the woman but from Liz's perspective. We also then find out why she is gone at the end of book one.
It is not a repeat of book one at all, this has a completely different plot and revolves around different characters. It's just as good as the last one but I just found Liz really annoying at some points

This one was a little repetitive and there was a plot hole with Raahosh family and liz says he never mentioned them even though they had a whole conversation about it but this could have been the character I also found liz at the start a little annoying. But the story did make me feel all the emotions and again it was hot so I’m going to carry on the story
