my first belkin mount broke after 2 years, this is my second

it works best, but i was hoping that it would last more than 2 years...first purchase from harvey norman was bit disappointing as it just fell off with broken pieces and they didnt offer me a replacement so wanted not to go back to them atleast....i liked it quite a lot so just bought the same thing again...it works very well, very convenient, hold the phone best on the wind screen, make and built is also great

Broken within days.

Suction cap broke away from the base of the arm 3 days after installing and it didn't even have the phone mounted on it nor was it subjected to any force. I don't mean it became unstuck; The actual base of the suction cap tore away while the cap itself remained on the window. Not sure if mine was a dud or this is an issue for all of them but I cannot recommend.

Have to say the product has a high quality of finish, robust & seems very durable. I would give it a 5 star but because there is no easy mechanism to operate the grippers, I feel it deserve a 4 star for that reason.
