11 years after her first MCU appearance Natasha finally gets a solo movie to call her own. As a big Black Widow fan it was great to finally see her get the focus and I thought the look into her past perfectly fit into the narrative after Civil War and before Infinity War.
I'm hard on prequel movies as they can frequently get bogged down in references and explaining things that don't require it, but this fills the gap nicely and doesn't feel forced. Very enjoyable and recommended viewing.
