Great tv show, shame about the condition of item.

Verified Purchase

Item was used but item was described as good so did not expect the outer case to be a little scuffed / discs to be in a visible poor condition (although they played without issue) and the disc holders to have some of the "teeth" broken. It is a great t.v. show and well worth the buy if you have not seen Blue Bloods before but my advice would be to purchase brand new or double check when item is described as good that the condition really is good.

Yes I know i said I would not continue with this series. But I caught a couple of episodes on television and was impressed that the standards had been upped. So the first series obviously was successful and I think with this series the budget has been upped giving the opportunities for higher standards of work in all departments. This series I found quite mindblowing in the excellent standards of work achieved. I feel the family and the complex story lines are so well interwoven it is a pleasure to watch. And there are some lovely longshots of the New York scenery at all times of the day and night showing that city-scapes can be beautiful too. I feel that in this series the whole production has achieved the very high standards it set itself. I will continue to watch.

I bought this on spec as I had not heard of this show . It is a series revolving around generations of a cop family.
The lead is played by Tom Sellick of whom I am a big fan .Each episode is individual whith the occasional thread running through all . I particularly like the family dynamics as shown at the weekly lunches .
If you enjoy a good cop drama with minimul violence (as I do) then this is the show for you . The cast ensemble is excellent with Donny Wahlberg, Will Estes and Len Cariou as the famoly patriarch. I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys cop dramas
