Very Disappointed by being ‘Conned’ purchasing Holly Martin Brightwater Bay Books

I read ‘Coming Home to Brightwater Bay’ & thoroughly enjoyed it. I subsequently searched fir other Holly Martin books & found a series of four more books in the Brightwater Bay series. I purchased all four as Kindle editions. As I read the first book, it become abundantly clear that this was the first part from Coming Home to Brightwater Bay. Upon checking parts 2, 3 & 4, these were follow on parts of Coming Home to Brightwater Bay. AT NO POINT are the four separate books advertised as being a compilation resulting in the new complete story book of Coming Home to Brightwater Bay. Totally conning the customer. I have now purchased four of Holly Martins’s books that I already own & have already read. In my opinion, this is exceptionally bad practice from Holly Martin, from her Publisher & from Amazon. On checking the reviews, many people have also left unhappy reviews that they have been parted from their money in exactly the same way. Not happy at all.

I feel completely ripped off. Is this a combination of the 4 boxes in the series and if yes why was it not clearly badged on the cover and made clear in the description so there was no need to buy it at nearly £6? It has ruined the enjoyment I had at reading the 4 books.

Like a number of other readers, I was looking forward to buying and reading this book as I am a big fan of Holly Hepburn books. I had even preordered her “ new book”!!
What a big disappointment when I opened the book only to find I already owned it as four individual books. As others have said I feel I have been conned. Sorry Holly I have spent money basically for a duplicate.

Zero stars. Had to put one star to have my review on here. Not worth one star. In these worrying days of 2021 I was really looking to reading this last book in the series, only to find I've already read it all before. What a con. Wasted money . Disgusted.

Feeling annoyed that I have been charged nearly £6 for a book that is just the other 4 books in one. Having already bought and read the other books this should have been put in the description and then I would not have wasted my money, not happy at all amazon.😠😠
