problems with box sets again

item received as and when expected but a problem we have had before was there when opened the correct amount of discs but 2 sets of series number 11 number and set number 10 missing we have had this before but unable to send back for replacement as it had to be sent as a gift the next day so had to buy missing disc on its own to get it shipped on time it made it an even more expensive gift than it already was

Faulty Discs

I bought this collection in November 2020, and have only just started watching it just a year later. The quality of the discs are appalling.

Currently, I'm going towards the end of Season One. So many episodes have failed to start or frozen before it ends. This is awful. Is it going to be like this for all fifteen seasons?

The disc seasons are contained on cardboard slips, which makes damage all the more easily. Even if I had started checking right away, the number of faults might not have been found.

I have tried to return this item as season 5 disks 2 3 and 5 are faulty but it only stated return when I wanted the faulty ones to be exchange. It is unreasonable to expect to watch 15 season of series in 2months and not being able to have options for exchange as I stated when I tried the disks and series that were faulty not the all 15. As still have to finish watch the rest series 6 to 15.
And now it states that the period to return the complite series is ended. So. Left with the faulty disks that's not really nice as I spent money on product that should not being faulty.

Do not buy as it is not OK to treat costumers this way

A well-boxed, attractive set.
Plus many bonuses, cut scenes, director comments and such. Lots of viewing hours for fans!
Unfortunately, the audio is inconsistent. All seasons do not have the same panel of languages, which is downright stupid.
Indeed, I am American but live in France. The French friend I have been watching with has had to skip season 5, then skip from the end of season 8 to season 14!!! Such is the case for many languages...
Too bad this great set has such a dumb flaw.

Boxset arrived damaged with scratched discs and ripped sleeves. 2nd boxset ordered as a replacement and that too arrived with discs covered in finger marks and scratches.
