Great experience with these. Set up is a painless and happens with an Apple-like automatical experience, product design is great, and the sound is better than th Google Pixel buds I am replacing.

The sound test feature in set up is a great idea. It helped me pick the right size ear tips even though I needed to do the illogical thing hand have a different size in each ear. I would never have done that except for the sound test.

Audio is so natural. I was just watching a video clip and I was immediately in awe at just how much better they sounded versus the Pixel buds or my old set of Jaybird wireless buds.

Really happy with the performance vs the price. You can't find better at this price point.

I really wanted to like these Echo Buds, and for a while (sitting still in a quiet space) they were great. Having Alexa right there was great. The audio sounds great and music is crisp and clear.

However I just couldn’t get the right fit for my ears, nothing I tried seemed to work. The left one would either fall out, or it would work it’s way out when moving. The microphones made my voice distant and on calls I was regularly asked to repeat myself.

The kicker for me was when going for a run, the sound of my running and my own pulse over took the music to the point it became unbearable. I tried turning noise canceling on/off but either way the amount of in ear noise was just too much.

So these will go back and I’ll end up going back (for now) to my 1st Gen Apple AirPods

I pre-ordered a pair of these and excitedly waited a month to receive, hoping to utilise Alexa voice commands for everyday convenience and productivity. Unfortunately this product has disappointed in every conceivable way. Let's start with the fit - it is awful. No matter which size you change to, this product will pop out of your ears, often at the most inopportune times. If anything the wingtips exacerbate the problem and if they don't tear when you are putting them on, they will likely tear when removing them. One time after adding the wing tip, the ear tip even lodged in my ear canal (even though it was secured before I put it into my ear) and needed to be removed with tweezers. Next up is the voice control, which if you're lucky might work thirty percent of the time (unlike my other devices which work without issue 95% of the time or more. Often voice commands don't even respond and if they do then you'll find yourself repeating the instructions many times before usually giving up because it either doesn't understand or does something completely different to what you are asking. Next is the battery life, which is far less than advertised and will also drain your phone battery if left on (often a race to see wht dies first). Obviously this isn't solely the faut of this product and also relates to the app and phone itself (my phone is around 12 months old and battery performance is otherwise good). Suffice to say it renders the voice command aspect fairly useless if it doesn't work properly and kills your phone battery anyway. Finally there's the sound quality, which is considerably poorer than my Galaxy buds which I've had for around 2 years, I also have to repeat myself if using the phone as the other person often has difficulty hearing me when using this device. In closing, I will be returning this poor product l, as I'm sure many others will be too. In my opinion this should never have been released due to the plethora of issues encountered and considering the price point you would expect better from Amazon. Don't waste your time or money until they release a later version which addresses these issues properly.

Fit is my main issue

Alexa assistant is very fast and accurate. I would consider switching to it entirely on my android phone but so far not working.
The fit.... Right ear is perfect, fits like a glove. My left ear is another story. I bought these knowing some of the shortcomings but thinking the wings would help, since I lost the left earbud of a cheap pair of true wireless buds one night.
Don't buy for the active noise canceling. The best use for it seems to be improving wind noise. Other than that only a very mild improvement.
Last annoyance, I use the large ear cup on the right bud and it tends to detach and stay in the case when I try to remove the bud from the case.
I have bought some foam ear tips, hoping that will solve the fit issue with my left ear.
Other big minus is the inability to turn them off. This means once you have activated them they will continue to drain the battery and case. Not the smartest design especially with already modest battery life. Will report back if the foam tips worked.
UPDATE: after 6 months of use I am quite happy with my buds. I have learned to live with less than a snug fit in my left ear. I have to adjust it from time to time. The noise canceling works best if you minimise side tone which is not ideal for calls but is workable. That advice came direct from Amazon

Honestly, really disappointed when it comes to these. I was impressed with them at first but it quickly went downhill. After about a month, I started having bluetooth connectivity issues to where it would randomly cut audio in and out, and if the audio was consistent, you would randomly get popping noises or either of the earpieces out of sync, one with pass through on and one with noise canceling on.

It was a great run while it lasted but definitely not for long term use.

I love my new earbuds. They work well with all my devices and fit well in my ears. The battery life could be a bit longer, but that is the only thing I can fault. Easy to chat to an inbound caller. I get as while listening to a talking book very clear, and my caller can hear me without the connection dropping in and outs
worth every penny.

Looking to move away from Apple products I went with a cheaper option. It would have been adequate but for two limitations - I was forced to install the Alexa App even though I have NO intention of using Alexa, and even with the app installed these things would not paid to my M1 MacBook Air.
I won’t be tempted by Amazon branded products again.
