No dislikes. My wife has MS and AI is not just a fancy pile of gadgets, it's a real work saver for anyone disabled. it adds yet another step to our home entertainment, a big thing for us as we are limited in a few ways.

Poor quality screen, video calls can only be made using Alexa app or Skype. Voice commands aren’t always accurate. I expected more for the price.

Echo Show 10 3rd Gen updates the experience

I've had a Echo Snow 1, 2 and now 3rd generation and they seem to improve at each step while keeping the old feature compatibility that I've come to love and rely on. I use the drop-in feature with each of my machines as well as relatives and they all work flawlessly. The skills from my old machine transferred completely to the new machine once it was setup properly to the Wifi and Alexa apps. I have the new moving head version but it doesn't move very much as I think that the ambient light in the room I have it in is not that bright to activate it properly. The screen is very clear and connects to other skills like video cameras quicker than my earlier models.

It’s very good for music good sound quality but when I ask it to go to Amazon prime music it just shows a few titles and you can’t navigate to other music good for checking up on the house when I’m out also for surfing the net

Nice piece of kit. The motion works well but with only one person in the room. The software is a bit clunky as their no return icon and you need to ask Alexa to return like when it gives a notification it sometimes won't return to what you were doing on the screen, otherwise a great product
