Very decent for the price

I am 183cms / 6ft tall and found that the main rower unit could've been a bit more set away from the seated user, not much more, maybe 5 to 10 cms. It would allow for more travel when going forward. The way it is now, my freakishly long arms make the handle bar hit the main unit each time I slide forward. Other than that, pretty great unit. A shorter person could not go wrong with it.

Simply does not provide any resistance at all.

This is a well manufactured home rower, that is easy to set up and at a genuine sharp price point. Unfortunately that is all it is. The resistance difference between 1 and 8 is virtually unnoticeable. There is no effort required with this machine and you are exerting very little energy. If a rower that you simply carryout the rowing action on is what you are after then this is for you. If you are actually after a home rowing machine that will provide you with a physical workout then this machine is NOT for you. I can only recommend that this machine is suitable for a youth exercise or someone without any leg or upper body strength at all. Think long and hard before you purchase this item. Do you want to gradually build up strength and endurance? If your answer is yes then DO NOT BUY.

Very sturdy with no rocking. Solid build and very easy to assemble. Level 10 resistance is perfect but lower levels would suit a beginner. Excellent purchase!
