It definitely does the job well, it's really for walking so don't buy if you are planning to run on it.
*Positives*
Easy to assemble, the half fold option is nice although it would never fit under a bed but saves some space. Nice wide track so you have no issues in stability.
*Negatives*
Not the best for tall people (track is wide but not that long and shoes clip the back corners that stick out in a full stride. Definitely for walking only. A 6-8 on this is more like a 4 on a full size treadmill, and finally it is stuck on a slight "incline" even when flat. So if you have trouble with inclines or stairs like myself just be aware it has a small incline that just cannot be helped.
Overall a decent product for the price though. I would certainly recommend to someone looking for an easy walking machine.
