Very surprised by the small size of the box it arrived in but the built product is exactly as pictured. The bench is good but is not really designed to be moved easily and has no way to hold it should you wish to fold it up - and it wouldn't fold up on a 90 degree angle either. in fact it is really badly designed for movement of any sort but is good as a flat bench. We haven't put any weight on the barbell hooks yet but would be surprised if they would hold serious weight, not that we require that. There is no place to hook your feet for doing sit-ups using the bench so may as well do them on the floor. Better bench design and a bar at foot height would have made this great for situps on a decline. The chin up bar side works well and is very sturdy.

Not being harsh just the fact

Flimsy and not sturdy enough I would not recommend to buy this it’s hard to setup I took a while to figure out the manual that comes with this and actually screw bolt packs you need match them, nut & bolt packs won’t have stickers so that you can quickly match manual with attachments

Even if I tighten the adjustable two screw both side after assembly it still shakes

I was doing dips and this thing was almost was about to fall

Just spend another 50 bugs but something else

I have never left a bad review on Amazon and part of me actually feels bad for doing this but the product I received was unusable and I would hate to see this happen to others.

There was a raised rivet that prevented me from assembling the vertical frame into the lower horizontal bar (picture attached). You can clearly see the raised rivet that should look like the other one. And it was on both sides! This was an error by the manufacturer and a miss by whatever quality control occurred.

What I am supposed to do? Mail back a 20kg item where you had to rip the box open to even remove the product? 300 bucks out the window.

I should have known after reading the "English" instructions (picture attached) that there were going to be issues... Give them a read, pretty funny.

A good decent piece of kit for the price. It's stable and very easy to assemble. The downside is it's not fully foldable as the backrest bar gets in the way and the bench isn't supported on the sides/underneath. Too much weight will snap the bench off.

It was fairly easy to assemble, but it is not very sturdy. If you are on the heavy side this is not for you. It's cheap and the build is cheap. It can be used though if you need.

If you hate somone with a passion buy this product for them. They will lose their mind trying to assemble it and end up in a mental assylum. Highly rate it as a revenge present. Ive made some bad decisions in my life but buying this is easily the worst. Id rather die skinny

The bad —— The bench is very narrow and only supported by a thin piece of flat bar. Flexes when you benchpress and roll a little.
Only good for very light weight usage
