It might be good for a large organisations but I could find little of practical value. It seems to be a summary of one of their workshops and looses a lot in the translation to the printed page. If you are looking for this type of advice it may pay lo look elsewhere.
I own my own business and I was recommended to buy these books by a consultant, and it has completely changed the marketing game for me in a way that makes perfect sense. So much so, I can now spot the corporations that entice me to buy their product, which previously I would have rationalised as being due to another reason, not realising it was because they were selling me their why, which is much more natural to "buy into" than their "What"
I've being reading this book over the last few months! Not because it's long and heavy going, but simply because I'm a busy mum. It's written so well, that I can put it down and pick it back up without having to recap over the last few pages. I find this an added bonus and one that makes reading a pleasure. There are many explanations and examples which make it easy to follow and understand. I've found the book motivational, inspiring and a positive read. Simon Sinek has such a way of building your confidence, but in an honest, straight talking way that empowers you. Thank you Simon Sinek for sharing your knowledge and experiences that have motivated us to find our why!

Simon Sinek is always engaging, always thought provoking. However, it strikes me that he draws upon the work of the Holocaust survivor, Viennese psychologist Victor Frankl, with not even a cursory acknowledgment.
Recommend for anyone assessing a company or team approach. useful to understand the 'why' concept first but it's all in here and recommend for anyone in business or any type. Written in a really straightforward manner that leaves you feeling comfortable, able and ready to take on the well thought out process.
