This book is easy to read, and very helpful. Even if your relationship is in a good place, there is a lot of guidance on understanding energy polarity within a relationship, but also creates a freedom for growth within yourself most of all.

I gained a number of helpful ideas from the book. It helped me understand what happens when we do have conflict at times - I found myself laughing and also kind of like "ah ha" when Julie describes the way the feminine brain works and the masculine brain works during a discussion - it all makes more sense now - I am waiting my 30 seconds. :)

I recommended it personally to all of the women I hold dear in my life, it's just that good. Highly recommend the quick read.
