Red reminisces how comedian Ed Wynn started him on the road to comedy. He explains why later in his career he would no longer talk on the phone and how his fear of having water thrown on him came to be. He shares that he only slept three hours each night and would paint clowns until daylight and then write short story outlines, musical compositions and songs, along with a love letter to his wife every morning. His impromptu "Clem Kadiddlehopper," "San Fernando Red" and "Gertrude and Heathcliffe" impersonations will keep you in laughter and tears. This is a must see for Red Skelton fans of all ages!

This is the Greatest interview, I have ever seen. Even if you don't know of Red Skelton, this is a great way to discover him.
He understands his craft and can move you from Laughter to Tears and back all in the same story.
The only bad thing about it, is in knowing that Red is no longer here, and that there is no one to replace him.
