The story is gripping with an unexpected twist so much so that I had to read it all in one go. Thank you and Rock On!
Captivating & so moreish you start salivating waiting for her next book.
Delphine and Cade are both intriguing and complex characters with lots of layers. Delphine is a success in her chosen career paths and is a confident and loving single mother to two adult daughters. She’s observant, perceptive, independent, and strong.
Cade is a single father to a teenage daughter and two adult sons, and is an alpha to the core, who is dominant without being overbearing and is loving, and protective.
I adored the side characters that were introduced in this title and can’t wait to see more of them as this series evolves. This title is full of twists and turns with surprising reveals that I wasn’t quite expecting. I’m quite partial to a romantic suspense and found myself completely captivated from the very first chapter, and thoroughly enjoyed this title and can’t wait for the next instalment in the series.

The conclusion did seem very dull after the build up; however all is not as it seems, and I expected more; and It does come I'm very pleased to say.
I did struggle to get into this story in the beginning, not Ms Ashley's usual MO; but when it picked up at about 30% it became unputdownable.
My only other tiny criticism is at times it did sound a bit on the lines of the River Rain first book where the couple are quite mature, they both have wonderful grown children who meld seamlessly into one family.
Still brilliant though.

I did love the tie in to other series and I hope there are more misty pine books to come.

There was a lot of information, twists and turns to bring it all together. I did struggle a bit with this as the conversational language between characters can be too succinct and not enough exploration. This hasn't detracted from what has been a bloomin good read!

The secondary main characters were awesome. I pray we see their stories especially Celeste! Amazing 👏

Characters are great and some of them are funny which makes it better.
Storyline is great and love the twist did not see that coming this book was great writing.
Delly finally found her love after everything she has been through just awesome
