Another brilliant book by this very talented author She as excelled herself with both the Resolution Ranch and Flint Hills series and this book is no exception

Jason Case is struggling not only did this army ranger lose his leg but he saw his best friend bleed out beside him he has struggled ever since he returned and has retreated to Resolution Ranch even though is own family own a winery. Millie Prescott is used to the locals thinking she is a bit dippie she isn't really a hippie she just likes to live as close to nature as possible when she meets Jason the attraction between them is instant and mutual but will he let her into his world or is he going to keep on keeping peopeaway. When is family try to interfere he will do whatever he needs to to protect Millie and in doing so will find his future

This story is an uplifting and whimsical, romantic tale.

It is also a story about family support or lack thereof as well as being a story about hope, new beginnings and finding one’s soulmate.

Truly a great read, like all the other books in this series. At first glance, Jason and Millie seem to be an unlikely couple. He is a wounded vet who has a serious self-worth problem and trust issues. Oh, and he comes from a rich, disfunctional family that own a vineyard. She is a free-spirited, slightly kooky (Jason’s word, not mine), owner of organic food store who also loves to make wine. She believes in life forces in all living things, and in destiny. Millie believes Jason is her destiny....the man from her teenage dreams.

They are drawn to each other from the beginning. Millie’s winsome appeal and gentle persistence convince Jason to help her with the wine making. Along the way, love blooms. Yet, Jason is reluctant to show Millie his true self, believing she will turn away in disgust. Can he let his guard down...and will she make him a believer in destiny? Read this funny, sexy and romantic story to find out what happens with these two wonderfully engaging people.

Millie runs the organic grocery store, she and her father own and operate Moonbeam Acres. An organic farm and vineyard.

When Jason Case comes to Resolution Ranch his intention is to work with the cattle, horses and the other veterans who come to find their way. He has kissed the wine business good-bye. There's plenty of others in his family to take over Case Wineries.

Now Sterling has assigned him to pick up items for the silent auction, taking place after the fund-raising concert. One of the baskets is from Millie and includes a case of her wine.

At the fundraiser Sterling the instigator goads Jason into trying her homemade wine. Now he's promised to help her improve her wine.

Yeah, Jason has a problem named Millie, but he's not sure he minds at all.

This book was lots of fun, watching these two kind of battle it out, yet so steamy when they come together.

The problems start with a plant, wine, and Case's family.

A page turner you will laugh and cry over.

I loved Millie and Jason. They were a great match. I loved that brick by brick Millie tore Jason's walls. I loved that she was always herself regardless what others thought. When Jason finally showed Millie his leg and prosthetic my heart went out to him, but i knew that to her he was already accepted.

I want so many other stories and want to hear about Nico, Austin (Macie), and Dec. So many new characters that make my mind wonder
