Intimate Stranger is a made for cable suspense thriller, it stars Deborah Harry of Blondie, she looks HOT & she sings a couple of songs. Sister Sister has a good cast, Jennifer Jason Leigh & Eric Stolz, the storyline reminded me a bit of Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte. Shadow Play stars Dee Wallace (E.T., The Howling) & Cloris Leachman, (The Last Picture Show) in a psychological thriller.
Another thing to be aware of with this set is the use of alternate film titles...Created To Kill with Rock Hudson & Barbara Carrera (a James Bond Girl) is actually a film called "EMBRYO" & The Hooker Cult Murders is actually a movie better known as the "PYX". I own & can recommend this movie under it's original title of the Pyx. The Pyx was shot in Montreal & stars Christopher Plummer & Karen Black - pick up the version on Katarina's Nightmare Theatre, it's from the original negative & has commentary by Karen Black. I also own Embryo on another label, both this & my other version look like they were taken from a VHS EP TV recording, I've yet to see a pristine widescreen transfer of this film available - does it exist? It's an interesting sci-fi flick that deserves to be remastered & presented with a little more care.. Bottom Line: This package serves up 6 movies for about 10 bucks...not a bad deal.
