Another dark, stabby, dirty and amazing installment in the Reaped series. Once again this co-write was so beautifully performed, seamlessly swapping between authors, their writing styles fit perfectly.

Watching all the players fall into place has been fun. Lots of insight into Selene this time, playing center stage. We fall straight back into her hunt, and desertion of her guys.

Santos and Darius just make you fall in love with them even more. I feel so much for Zander trying to keep them together, as their world implodes without Selene.

Absolutely adore Blaze. Waiting on more of his backstory in particular after watching another’s come to light in HTR.

Cliffy! Be warned. It’s to be expected knowing there’s more to come. Hanging out now until until next the release.

I was thrilled when Hunting the Reaper was released as a continuation on from The Reaper Incarnate Novella. The first book left a lot unanswered, thankfully this book has filled a lot of those gaps.

The book takes off soon after the completion of the novella. Selene leaves suddenly on her quest to find her sister after a lead indicates she was sold into sexual slavery years before. Bit by bit she is picking off rapists and paedophiles whilst scouring for information on slavery rings.

Meanwhile her four love interests left behind, are broken by her departure without a trace. The course is set to track her and bring her back into their lives. All five are more balanced when they are together.

I enjoyed book two- it gave the reader back stories on our main characters- and their behaviours. There’s a lot more development of the story in this book. Though I am still intrigued about Darius & Zander and need more on them.
There is plenty of the whacko antics like in book one. Similarly lots of kinky s*x scenes. These scenes are consensual. Its dark romance with added black humour to break the tension.

Whilst Selene is on her quest we get lots of flashes backs to her guys left behind, the going back & forward added depth to the story, but slowed the pace, and I found myself skimming forward.

Caution there are triggers galore which I couldn’t find any author warning notes 🤔 reader discretion recommended.

Don’t let little ok Selene Moon Goddess fool ya. She’s likes it down and dirty, all of her four boys love to fill her up and she just can’t get enough. Be prepared for some MM to spice things up. And The cute little MC are avenging Angels, and low and behold the long lost sister is found, but it’s not all sweet smelling roses. As there is always evil lurking at every turn. How are the boys going to manage without her again and can Selene save herself for the up-tenth time?

It’s written in such a detailed way the story just flows, especially all the twists - I didn’t put it down until the very last word. And that cliff hanger ending was a b#tch.
It’s got fantastic bloody thirsty characters, that are hot AF. Steamy scenes are off the charts.
Can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

Oh Boy this one was bad bad bad! Selene and her four psychotic serial killers are back to disturb and delight. This book is just as obscene as the last, with prostitution, gruesome murder, human trafficking and twisted sexual kinks, but it wouldn't be a "Reaped" tale without it. In this sequal (I'm including 0.5 as the first because it's absolutely necessary to read before this one), Selene is back to her sadistic and ruthless tendencies as she searches for her sister. When we get to the POVs of her boys we get this distinct buzz of anticipation that her chapters lack, which is a good thing in these circumstances. I loved the crude humour, meeting new characters, exploring new turf and dont even get me started on the spicy scenes. In conclusion, another climatic read from two dark romance Queens.

Who loves psychotic FMC and a reverse harem of equally psychotic men? You do? Excellent, then this is the novel for you.

Kicking off after the novella "Reaper Incarnate" we follow Selene as she continues to her hunt for her sister and reaps her way through clues and leads. Do I have your attention?

The men are a perfect match for our Reaper and match her psycho wonderfully, with the mulit-pov you to read and visualise how they are coping without Selene, you also get treated to some MM and MFM delights.

R.E. Bond and C.A. Rene are a wonderful duo and create interesting characters who you just can help but love and fear equally.
There are plenty of funny lines which will have you darkly cackling and questioning if you need Jesus.

If you are familiar with either of these amazing authors previous works you'll know to expect dark, disturbing, graphic and violence which definitely comes with more than a few trigger warnings so as always mind your triggers and proceed with caution.

So are you ready to be reaped?

Oh my giddy aunt! I absolutely loved the Reaper Incarnate from the Violent Tendancies anthology so was SUPER happy and obsessed with the continuation of this story.

If you enjoyed the glimpse of crazy you got from the guys and Selene in the 1st book, then you are in for a wild ride in this one. The MM action was spicy 🔥🔥 and all 5 of them took the pyscho meter up about 100 notches.

It starts with Selene off hunting for her sister, unaware that one of her guys is following her. This dynamic was really cool to read, as she doesn't know who it is - someone on her side or someone after her for being the Reaper.

Once the guys catch up, the story regarding her sister (as well as the guys backstories) really starts to move on.

Overall an amazing follow up with peak craziness and I can't wait for the conclusion to their mad story and (hopefully) HEA befitting the group!

I really enjoyed the relationship dynamic of the harem but until about 60% of the way through this book they’re not even together. Nothing really very exciting happens and all you see is Selene in deathly/sexual situations with other people and the others in the background pining after her even though they know where she is the entire time.
Once everyone meets up again the book gets better but it’s mostly just dialogue with a couple of sex scenes thrown in.

Building on the plot from book 1, you find yourself hit in the face with all the revelations at the end!

Fair warning, there are some uncomfortable situations (sex outside of the harem) but man it all adds up to an explosive story.
