A great children book. Has vibrant bright colours, excelent sound effects. I can see my baby boy (3 months old) is enjoying it. Plan to buy the other sounds book from the same collection: garden sounds & farm sounds (already ordered). The book is high quality and the illustrator: Frederica Lossa is a very talented professional drawing children books. Higly recommended!

Bought this as a birthday present for my almost 2 year old nephew, he loves animals so thought this would be perfect! The sounds aren’t extremely short, some of them last 7-8 seconds. There are 10 sounds in total which I think for the price, I expected a little more. There is also a switch at the back of the book which you can turn on and off so it’s not going to be making noises accidentally if it’s switched off. There is writing on each page so you can read along with them! You don’t have to buy separate batteries or anything, it comes included so you just need to switch it on/off as it’s ready to use. All in all, it’s an enjoyable gift for little ones, especially those who love animals but personally, I think the book finishes quite quickly so would’ve been nice to have a few extra pages!
