They’re going to need a bigger dungeon.
When you’re the last Omega in the world, forced to mate with a cruel, kitten-stealing king… well, it’s a good thing his four sexy generals know how to storm a girl’s castle. But can they convince her to fall in love, without falling for her themselves?
Born long after the plagues that killed every Omega on the continent, Vali is the lost Omega prophesied to save her country.
All she must do is mate King Rigol… but he can’t stand her. He thinks Vali is a dirty, foul-smelling brothel maid, and falls for her treacherous mistress instead.
When the king realizes Vali is the true Omega, she still can’t love him, even if she doesn’t hate him quite as much. Sure, he gave her kitten back, but he’s already mated… to the enemy.
Can his irresistible generals convince her to fall in love—or at least in bed—with King Rigol? Perhaps, if they all torture her together.
Sweet, sexy torture.
The King’s Omega is a full-length standalone fantasy with multiple love interests and a guaranteed HEA (Happily Ever After). There is profanity, violence, explicit, steamy scenes, and references to past and present sexual trauma. About the author

Once upon a time, Merri Bright tucked romance novels behind all her textbooks and read love stories instead of the lessons. Now she writes the same kind of books she’s always loved, dreaming up stories about naughty angels, misunderstood demons, sexy shifters, growly Alpha males, and all sorts of dragons.
She drinks cinnamon tea while she writes, and believes in the power of naps, kitten cuddles, long walks with her dog, and that ice cream and a good book can fix anything.

There were new physical elements to this omegaverse that I'd never read anywhere else, which were interesting. This book hooked me in with the perfect mixture of humor, sweetness and steam. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, fresh omegaverse!
Only thing that held me back from 5 stars is I wish there was a little more world building and getting to know the characters a bit more. It was super fast paced which is fine but I do feel like we missed out on getting to know everyone and everything a little better.
All in all, super solid book and I will definitely be reading more from this author.
I can’t stress enough how amazing this book is. There is a serious lack of books in this category that are RH, MF, involve nesting, knotting, omegas, sweet Alpha males and even an amazing story line to go with it.
We meet the main character Vali who is a servant in a brothel. Things change for her when her and her mistress get taken to the castle by the king which triggers her journey to developing into the omega she was always meant to be. Lots of twists and turns, including an evil king, an alpha who has too much pride, and others who are so incredibly sweet. I don’t want to write too much more without giving it away, so go read this book to find out! Cannot highly stress how much I recommend this to anyone who love the omegaverse/sweet verse trope. Go out and read it, you won’t look back.
In this book we get to meet Vali, who is a servant in a brothel. Vali’s evil mistress Selene, one of the most beautiful in the brothel, forces Vali to sleep on her clothes and bed sheets in order to trick the customers with Vali’s peaches & honey scent. When the King and his general follow that scent to the brothel, the King thinks he has finally found the last omega who is prophesied to save their kingdom and be his mate. The king is enamoured with Selene and thinks Vali is disgusting. Selene is cunning with all her tricks and has the King believing her lies. He is happy to throw Vali into the dungeon to make his new Queen happy. However, when the King learns that Selene is not in fact an Omega and went against his General’s advice it’s too late as he has mated Selene and Vali hates him.
This book has it all; lust, angst, betrayal and intrigue. I loved reading about Vali and her 5 guys. It was quite a windy road to get to their happy ever after, but in the end it was worth it.
