Great price for the full series
TOP 500 REVIEWER
It’s a great story about a guy who’s lived a questionable life and decides to rewrite the wrongs with a list that continues to grow. Lighthearted white trailer trash never seemed so comical.
I rate one star due to the fact the couriers threw it on the stairs to my apartment block rather than delivering it to my door, my doorstep or delivery box. Those 7 steps must have looked like K2.

Hysterical from start to finish. I wish I caught on to this years ago as it would have cheered up many a dull night. I didnt bother watching it when it first started on E4, as I usually cant stand most American sitcoms which I find to be mostly "very scripted" and "canned laughter". This sitcom however is well written and very endearing. I do agree with other reviewers on the fact that season three did go awry but they soon got it back on track. I think this was to reflect Earl's state of mind and disillusionment with Karma at the time and not just simply the writers slacking off.
Beneath all the hillarity there really is a deep message to this programme - What goes around, comes around. Do yourself a favour and buy this , even if after watching it and you dont like it, give it to your mates and pass it on. Karma will reward you for it - not that you do it for that of course.

I won't give a review of the programme itself because if you're buying this set you'll already know.
The Audio/Video quality are both as good as you'd expect from a modern TV show. More to the point, all the DVDs playback fine. (I've noticed in most of the DVD box sets I've bought there are several disks that look fine but stutter, jitter or just don't playback well for no apparent reason - I suspect its just over zealous anti copy protection. Anyway, I bought this set to watch the episodes I missed on TV, so I skipped through all the disks fairly quickly and no problems with any disks).
The packing is sensible and compact. A colourful thin card slipcover over slim dvd cases with two DVDs per case - one on the inner cover one on the outer. The cover is the right size so its easy to get the dvd cases in and out witout riping it. The dvd case material is flexible and the disks are solid, so no worries about snapping disks taking them in and out of overly rigid spindles. Each disk has a different picture of a series character and a clear disk number, so its easy to find the right disk.

I had recalled seeing around four or five episodes on late night tv when this was first aired on British TV. I thought it was the best comedy i'd seen in years. Altogether i do recommend its dry wit with certain episodes just being hysterical from beginning to end. It ages well and not one mobile phone or snowflake in sight. Brilliant!

if you love something off the wall then this is for you. Very oddball and a great concept, we love the series and wish they had not cancelled it. Laugh every time!! The actress who plays Joy is great and really has the best lines

Nice size for all the dvds to not be bulky and take lots of space. Love this show and am pleased i can rewatch them all. Only watched some of the first dvd but so far the dvd seems good quality and works well.
