I used to use the little rubber rings but they keep rolling up and pulling your leg hairs. These ones are a thousand times better. They are more comfortable on the skin, are wider and distribute the pressure more evenly, offer 3 levels of resistance with the 3 bands and makes your glute muscles burn. Great for building size, shape and strength. Great price. Super fast delivery.

Doesn't roll, provides resistance, does its job without uncomfortably tugging at skin or missed hair.
Thought I was getting the three pack but accidentally ordered a single, so check the 'colours' to make sure you're actually getting the quantity you wanted.
