While reading this book it felt more like I was receiving good advice from a friend over a cup of coffee, instead of having solid practical instruction.
I think that was my preconceived notions that made me feel it would be more practical, but over all I enjoyed it.
Very friendly advice on certain aspects of life, although it doesn’t delve in any subject too much, mainly just skims the surface.

I am enjoying this book, but it could really benefit from a professional edit. (Or another professional edit) I've found a few type-os, spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. It's like a really solid second draft. (Maybe it's because I'm a writer that I'm noticing these issues) Also, I'm curious if this is a print-on-demand book as the cover is cropped improperly. Don't get me wrong. There is real value here. This is a good book but with a little editing, I think it could be a great book.

Fa veramente riflettere e ti fa capire chiaramente il perché facciamo certe cose, quali meccanismi si creano nel nostro cervello. Sicuramente non è un libro leggero, forse per questo mi ci sta volendo un po’ a leggerlo, però è fatto bene e ti apre la mente verso un cambiamento. Penso che ognuno di noi debba leggerlo almeno una volta nella vita.

So far a good read, unfortunately not impressed with the quality of the book....I had to tape the pages (the first few of the book) back together as the pages are separating from the spine of the book. Literally the first time opening the book. This is why I knocked a star off. Regardless, the content so far reading it, is useful. I just started reading the book, today.
