Rigid, shaming and blaming

There are some good ideas in this book, but as someone who has been able to reach a place of love and compassion for myself and what I’ve been through, this book was very triggering, uncompassionate, rigid and had some terrible ways to overcome trauma. Would not recommend for anyone who is learning to integrate emotions into their life, it’s good for the logical mind who hasn’t yet integrated their emotions. But still very shame based. Would not recommend to any of my friends or clients.

I am not at all happy with the copy of book I received, it's a pirated version and simply a print of the original copy. In many pages the print is blurry.
