Rigid, shaming and blaming

There are some good ideas in this book, but as someone who has been able to reach a place of love and compassion for myself and what I’ve been through, this book was very triggering, uncompassionate, rigid and had some terrible ways to overcome trauma. Would not recommend for anyone who is learning to integrate emotions into their life, it’s good for the logical mind who hasn’t yet integrated their emotions. But still very shame based. Would not recommend to any of my friends or clients.

If you’re buying this book, just know it’s not the original and it will arrive damaged. I received the book with that cover all creased and folded. And then I opened it and the texts are not aligned properly. It looks like somebody xeroxed all the pages of the original book and put them together. The words are light on some pages and dark on some pages and the font is larger on some pages and smaller on others. Then I read all the 1 star reviews and realized everyone was saying the same thing. SCAM

I got a fake photocopied/ printed manually from somewhere version of the book. Some page numbers are missing and in some pages the printing/photocopy is misaligned. I was charged quite a lot for the photocopy version.

Even by looking at the author's name on the cover of the book you can say its fake.
