I loved this.
A fast paced, intriguing, incredibly sexy and quick read that’s full of that impeccable Tessa humour we know and adore.
The last line hit me right in the feels by the way. 😩
The murder mystery aspect was a major plot point, however I feel like the development of Myles and Taylor’s relationship was at the forefront.
(There’s a scene, in a parking lot that I must give a shout-out too… 😱🥵🫠)
My minor negatives:
- the murder mystery sort of lost its pizazz by the end and the reveal was a little anticlimactic for me.
- it’s a little insta love and I wish the story was spanned over a few weeks, as opposed to a few days… just for that relatability/believability aspect.
𝙸𝙽 𝚂𝙰𝚈𝙸𝙽𝙶 𝚃𝙷𝙸𝚂 - I honestly did adore the book and I will read it again.
It was fun, playful, full of banter and even a little thrill every now and then.
