Pros:
-great value for money
-kept my dry cracked lips soft and moisturised all day
-easy to turn and expands out very quickly
-does not melt in my jacket pocket against my body
-gender neutral colours and packaging instead of floral and girly colours and scents make this non embarrassing for men to use in public
-two day delivery
Cons:
-the lip balm will retract back into the case if you push it firmly against your lips, so make sure to have a finger on the turn dial to prevent it from spinning back inside the case
-the box that it came in was overkill. The oversized box and air bags inside the box was unnecessary, wasteful and inconsiderate of the environment.
-the lip balm is smooth but not as soft as other brands I’ve used so you need to apply a bit of pressure against your lips which causes it to retract
