I've had this controller for nearly a year, when one day it decided to pack up completely and not turn on any more. The battery has died completely. When you plug it into charge it works, leave it on charge over night and it will be completely dead the moment you unplug it.

So I contacted PowerA regarding a replacement under the warranty. They said they were happy to honour the warranty and organise a replacement, however, they would only replace with a plain black one, which isn't what I purchased and not what I wanted. At this point I was told to wait 6 weeks and they should have stock available. Fast forward 2 and a half months, I still don't have a replacement controller, they are still offering me a simple black model and they still can't tell me when the controller I purchased is in stock. Offered me no alternative designs (despite them being in stock) no compensation NOTHING. I'll never buy a PowerA controller again.

I was disappointed in this. The battery life is pretty low, and there's no rumble at all, which makes some games really difficult.
It's now drifting to the left all the time rubbish.

Drift after a week of use

I initially went for this controller as it looked like a good, slightly cheaper alternative to the official, Switch Pro Controller. Unfortunately, after a week of lite use, drift has already started to appear.

It’s a bit disappointing as it isn’t the cheapest unit on the market and I also have cheaper, older Bluetooth controllers that are still working perfectly.

There are enough reviews on here to suggest that this is a common fault and I wish I had read them before buying.
