The product was in good quality so I was happy with that, however after a while like most things it becomes boring to play. But I did enjoy it when I was playing so yeah, its not bad.

A cool collector's item, that is not too fun to play

Like most people, I bought this as soon as I saw one available. Such a cool collectible, I needed it as part of my set. But now having got it, it really is just that, a collectible.
It definitely looks cool. But it has a few issues with the design. It's light. It's made of plastic, so it doesn't have much weight to it. Which makes it feel cheap. It only has mono sound. Only one speaker on the left side. It gets loud, but since it's made of plastic, it vibrates the whole unit at higher levels. No headphone jack, but it's Super Mario, so sound is not exactly critical anyway. The screen is nice and bright, but small. After playing for a bit, I was feeling strained to keep track of Mario since he's so tiny.
Even though it feels cheap, the gold colour give it a nice look. You know it's an item not from this era because of the gold. Reminds me of things like my grandfather's watch or calculator. The games play well. It's the same classic games you've always known. And quite frankly, you're probably already played ANY of Nintendo's other consoles. Having the 3 games is cool, but this definitely should have had at minimum all the NES Mario games (SMB2 and 3).
Bought this for $69.99. Honestly, it's too expensive. At most should have been $50. NES Classic and SNES Classic were much better values. In the end, this is cool little device, but don't buy it because you want to play Super Mario Bros. You're getting it to put on the shelf, and that's it.

High quality just like Nintendo.
But is an old NES game worth $70? I feel its overpriced but the screen is bright and clear, the sound is great too for such a small device. Options to adjust volume and brightness. Internal rechargeable battery, comes with a tiny cord.
My only complaint in terms or operation is the clock. I bought this hoping it would be a fun animated mario clock to put on the shelf, problem is it has an auto off function. Which makes perfect sense as this is a game device not an actual clock...
So be aware if you thought you could use it as a clock like i did lol.
