It's more of a collector's/fancy item that brings no real functionality, just looks nice and replaces the standard black strap. Minus 1 star for what everyone else already mentioned - colours of plastic in these straps don't match the Joy-Con perfectly, they are a bit different. Otherwise it makes them look real nice.

I opted for 2 of the blue ones and I have to say the pictures say it all.

They suit all four sets thus far that I have very nicely including

- grey
- yellow
- green
- pink
- blue
- red

I can't recommend them enough they look really nice YES; They are a different blue to the joycon themselves but its probably for a more practical reason like MAYBE if they made them the exact same colour they'd look even more weird blending in perfectly and such? I honestly don't understand why people are upset as they look honestly great!²

Ignore all the negative reviews I might update this with the zelda skyward joycons very soon =)
