I love Only Fools & Horses, such a brilliant tv series.
The issue I have is that this clearly states that it is the complete series 1-7 yet discovered after episodes weren't matching up from one season to the next and always feeling like something was missing..... turns out there WAS something missing....The last episodes of each season!
Turns out they were christmas specials, so most of the time just an hour missing but sometimes much more. If you check these specials still belong to each season.... so by stating that you get each season they are misselling, because we don't get all the episodes for each season. Really quite sour about this because I have always wanted to watch them through in order and it just wasn't making much sense.
For example, (SPOILER ALERT) - end of season 6 when Rodney and Cassandra finally tie the knot, episode 1 of season 7 and they have broken up??? How? What? When? Why? Loads of questions! AND, then there is Rachel in Dell Boys room and knows everyone and yet technically we haven't even met her yet as she hasn't been introduced...

The series is very good, but the season 3 dvd was blank. I ordered a new season 3, which was also blank, and the same happened the third time. So now I have three useless dvds of season 3. Irritating to say the least. I guess the whole batch must be faulty. Why don't they react and do something about it when it happens three times in a row? I guess this has happened to other people as well.

Amazon sets options: like new, very good, good, acceptable, but lately when i buy DVDs that do not conform to that standard. "Very good" turns out to be "acceptable." Great comedy series which still makes me laugh no matter how many times i've seen it, but as this is the COMPLETE collection i was annoyed that as i progressed through the discs i can confirm that it isn't. Loads of episodes missed including the famous Heroes and Villains episode but i still believe this was great value and still very funny.

In its time, this was probably one of the funniest comedy series on television. Great characters and some good story lines. David Jason, a actor of great merit, is well supported by Nicholas Lyndhurst, as Rodney, and Lenard Pearce and Buster Merryfield, as Grandad and Uncle Albert. and many other characters. Maybe a bit dated, but well worth watching.
