Great hoop, but the net was worthless....they have since sent me a better net, in express mail.

Poolmaster was great on the net return, they sent me a new one in express mail, that is apparently nylon....in time for my planned July 4th pool party. Thanks Pool Master. Good Hoop, but get rid of those nets...please.

Situation is hopefully rectified. Pool Master called and agreed to send me a better net... much appreciated. Like I said, we really like the hoop and this is the second one I have had... the family loves shooting at this in the pool. Thanks Pool Master. I will upgrade this rating when I get the new net.

Good Hoop, lousy worthless net, you can break it with your hands within seconds once wet. My net failed within a few weeks of light shooting...then I grabbed and tugged on it lightly, it ripped off in my hand...CHEAP ROPE, GET SOME REAL ROPE! I insisted on a replacement on email and I hope POOLMASTER will promptly respond.... I want a new net sent to my house asap, for the fourth weekend, 2015. HURRY and I will rescind this review. the hoop itself is great, and my whole family loves it.... we have had two of them, the last one had a nylon net that never broke in several years..... PLEASE GET REAL NETS AGAIN AND SEND ME ONE check your email Poolmaster. I need the net sent asap....

Wouldn't truly call it "adjustable"

Looks much cheaper in person than in picture. Also, because of the age range of our kids (10-22) , we spent the extra $20 because of the adjustability of this model to 3 heights; unfortunately, however, you have to take it apart & change out different PVC pipes to get the "adjustability ". That is not practical, & cannot be done by the kids during play. Overall, I was a little disappointed in this product. Not sure how stable it is yet until the kids give it a good workout.

Worked great for our vacation home. Assembly was fairly simple but tools are definitely needed! It was pretty sturdy with water in the base. We set it at the highest level (74”) and had no issues at all!!! The net takes a while to loosen for the ball to go through but it just needs some pulling and stretching. Other than that, It’s a great choice for fun poolside action!

Nice hoop for the money. Sits on our deck and kids play every day. Base is heavy when filled (i used water) and stays put! Wish the front legs were designed different. Many times when you make a basket the ball will fall just right on the front legs and shoot the ball AWAY from the water making the kids grab it off the deck or climb out to retrieve it. Backboard is plenty strong enough and you get a nice consistent bounce off it. Was easy to put together and comes with extra poles to set the basket at 3 different heights. Great for all size kids (and adults, we have a lot of fun with it too!). Would recommend this product!
