It just *barely* fits an iPad pro 12.9". It sounds like it's snapping when you put it on.

Using this to hold a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and attached to an extended tripod column shaft. The mount hold well around the shaft when you remove one of the inner sleeve pieces of plastic. IT still has some play in the rotation of the table but overall hold the device very well.
