This initially worked OK for mounting my iPad to my bike trainer, though it was always kind of floppy. The ball that’s supposed to make it adjustable is too loose, and so my iPad always kind of flopped to one side. I lived with that for a while but it seemed to have gotten worse. When I tried to tighten it, instead the entire contraption came apart into pieces, and I can’t see any way to assemble it again. In the trash it goes. I’m going to try another design from a different manufacturer, but don’t have high hopes for most of these things sold on Amazon

The directions are very poor. It would be nice to have had a very short video on the ASSEMBLY of the pieces, not necessarily on how to attach it to the bike. Attaching it is the easy part. I had pieces that I, no we, could not figure out how they all fit together. It took over an hour and I left a piece off and tightened a small screw with an open end wrench, but it seems to be working and I don't intend to be moving it to use in other locations. I have worked on numerous items such as cars, plumbing, plastering, furniture, etc. with a great deal less frustration.
I just received it and so to be fair not sure how long it will last or how stable it will be.

Though not a great attachment to stationary bike I am using it on the mount holds ok. And the part that holds the device is sufficient for the price. However, the part that holds the device just sits on the mount to the bike. This makes it way to easy to just bump and have the electric device fall to the floor.

I was really excited to get this item for my spin bike. I watched the video and the guy made it look so easy to attach it to my bike. The video came with 2 pieces which snaps into place.

Now the photo I posted is what I got in the mail. No clear instructions as to how to put it together. I had to scroll through comments, zoom in photos and videos and hopefully I assembled this properly.
