I can hear the authors dark hearts cackling when they wrote this story. For lovers of dark damaged characters that are quest bound leaving a bloody trail of vengeance.

Selene has a traumatic past, she is on a quest to find out what happened to her older sister-sold into sexual slavery by their drug addicted mother. Her quest has lead to her being named The Reaper - an assassin ridding the world of rapists & paedophiles.

Whilst on this quest she meets four guys whose agenda aligns with hers- though why we do not completely know. They all quickly fall between the sheets in all sorts of variations.

Whilst all sexual acts are implied to be consensual between Selene and her guys there is a LOT of dub con and kinky AF scenes. These scenes take over a bit too much for me at the expense of the story. There are triggers galore so reader discretion is advised.

Being a novella means that this is a teaser of more to come and there are gaps in info which leaves the reader wanting. Book 2 is Hunting the Reaper.

This was so good and so gory! It definitely reminded me of Den of Vipers and Shadowed Heart. Love it when a genuinely crazy female serial killer meets her guys! Lots of chuckles too. The characters in this book are all so crazy, they run the gambit from evil crazy to unhinged crazy to crazy with good reason. Love how this book makes you go all in with a serial killer and her equally crazy men. I can't wait to read the next book!

This book is messed up in the most disturbingly, delicious way. This is definitely a book for the open minded only. Selene, our main character, is a fiesty b****. She's a prostitute with vengeance on her mind and an unquenchable thirst for blood. Then we have our four boys. Disturbed, callous and sadistic. They each have their own unique personality traits which is important in a reverse harem situation. Now, if you can get past the violence, blood and obscene prostitution scenes, you'll get some absolutely steaming sex scenes! Sex scenes with questionable acts of course. You just can't have love-making when it's between a bunch of psychopaths. This is also a novella, and I'm not usually one to read novellas, but this is definitely one of those ones you must read first. The character developments in this tale feel crucial to the building series.

Holy hell this was dark!!! I usually don’t read books this dark but I absolutely love RE Bond so thought I’d give it a go.

Selene is such a tough, strong character who won’t take shit from anyone. She is out for revenge and she is willing to do whatever it takes to complete her mission. I loved her ‘take no prisoners’ attitude and how she doesn’t give a crap what anyone thinks of her.

Blaze, Zander, Darius and Santos are a little bit psycho but they meet their match when Selene walks into their lives. They end up working together to achieve their end game but things certainly don’t go smoothly.

Like I said before, I don’t usually read stories this dark but I really enjoyed it. It is very different to what I usually read but it’s always good to get out of your comfort zone every once in a while and this story certainly did that for me.

Goodness me! What exquisite darkness this was! I devoured this book, staying up way to late, desperate to read more!

It's bloody, and full of steam that is on the edge for sure! I loved it! The unashamed exploration of different sexual kinks was fab and I liked how all the guys were slightly different in that respect.

I did feel certain aspects and the characters back stories could have been explored in more detail, however as it's a series that may happen later on.

I'll definitely be on the lookout for book 2!

Wow this was just an amazing read. The writing is fabulous it had me gripped from the very beginning. I couldn't put it down. I loved Selene and the guys the seemed to all be as crazy as each other.

Then ending has me sitting on the edge of my seat for what comes next I honestly can't wait.

I don't want to spoil it so only other thing will say is it you don't like bloody tales then this isn't likely for you but otherwise this is a must read.

I am so tempted to give this a one star review, and complain that there’s too much sex, because I know that will get some readers one-clicking quicker than anything, and I really want to get this book into the hands of as many people as possible!

It may be on the dark side for some, but I was totally hooked from the beginning. Selene is an awesome FMC, who totally owns what she does and what she likes. When she meets up with the guys, it is amazingly hot.
