Simple, and easy to setup. It's what you expect from an Amazon RING product, power on and away you go.
**Edit: There was a caveat initially with one of the cameras, however the Amazon support team have gone above and beyond in helping me resolve this issue:
1. "Battery door is open" error. These errors occur sporadically, are annoying and frustrating on a newly purchased product. Have googled it and it seems to be a known problem. Tried many things including re-seating the battery cover firmly, reseating rear mount cover and finally sealing all gaps using 3M electric tape. Warranty replacement has RESOLVED the issue.
It is a solid product. There are a plethora of accessories available for these units offering a wide range of options for the DIY guy.
I got the Ring solar panel and dual gutter mount kit. So far so good.
Again, thank you to Amazon's sensational support team. They took my feedback seriously and reached me directly to ensure I was up and running.
They really value their products and most importantly, their customers.
