Not usually my genre of book but actually quite enjoyed it despite it being obvious how it would end. Slightly concerned that the boy was given a riding habit for his birthday since a habit is worn only by side saddle lady riders! Perhaps the authors equestrian knowledge is very limited, and I doubt that he would have been allowed to ride every horse in the stables. Nevertheless an enjoyable light hearted read.

It was the perfect book for reading during this awful pandemic. Its a sweet romance and a great escape from the hum drum of this gloomy winter. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

It's about a woman and her son, who are doing an undercover investigation on a hotel at Christmas.
I wish the editors would stop inserting the word " already" it seems to be in vogue with them. I never use it!
