BE CAREFUL WITH THIS! I have been bleaching my hair for over a decade religiously and switched to this from another blue bleach for a more platinum look. I used a 30 v developer (as i normally do, my hair is quite thick and strong) and it fried half of my hair off an inch from the root. It's going to take a lot of TLC and time to get my hair to look normal again. You've been warned

Although this is a fantastic product, the packaging when it's shipped is horrible. UPS delivered this to my door at almost 9pm and you could smell this overpowering odor coming from the box. Opened the box to see blue powder poured out all inside it. Even the foil on the canister was punched in. I salvaged most of the product, but a lot of it still went to waste. The product is terrific, but the packaging should be reevaluated.

had to order another one which took another week.

id give no stars but the product, (when it came intact the 2nd time), was as described, so courtesy 2 stars.
