Too much shedding

So after using this stuff for the second time, I have lost so much hair! I’m talking bout whole strands. I might as well have put nair in my hair. While the lightening ability is far superior to any product I’ve tried, it’s not worth going bald over. I’ll be returning to my quick blue with much less shedding. Something else to consider is that we’re not necessarily buying from an authorized dealer as this product requires a professional license. Know that you are taking a risk using this product.

This stuff is the real deal. My dark dark hair went to a level 9 in just 40 min with one application. I strongly advise you to use the matching developers. I used 6% which was strong enough to super lift my hair color. Also read the directions and do not use foil. You can put a plastic cap on and place foil over the plastic, but the instructions say not to have product come in contact with metal. It got pretty hot just with a plastic cap. Money well spent and my hair is still in tact. This far exceeded my result with the bleach I used from Sally’s.

I used powder and the 30 volume developer and my hair is fried. Only had it on maybe 20 minutes and am about a level 6. I hadn’t colored or anything for quite a while and hair was in pretty good condition before using this. It’s literally breaking off. I have used Wella Blondor before and never had any damage whatsoever. My hair feels like mush when it’s wet.

Came late, busted and open

I love this brand of bleach because it doesn't burn as badly as other bleaches do and it has a less peroxide smell and more of a floral scent. I was so eager about restocking in this. I don't mind that it came late, what bothers me is that it came to me busted. The box it came in wasn't damaged at all, it was nice, but the product has a tear on the side. As you can tell theres bleach powder particles trapped in the bag, I can only imagine how much will come out when i open it.

Shipped me a busted open container with powder dumped out everywhere!

Kinda annoying

The bleach itself worked pretty well and I really like the scoop it comes with. My issue with it is that it’s really not as finely milled as it should be. I had to rinse my hair 5 times to remove all the granules that were left behind. I need to process my hair again but I’m tempted to use another brand of lightener because the grittiness is so offputting.
