Lightened my very dark roots

It lightened my hair much more then I thought after using just once. Once lightened I used a toner which did make a difference to the brassy colour. It is patchy in places but I would say thats the toner being more uneven.
Overall very happy, might need to bleach the back again just because I didnt leave it on long enough, it took me a while to apply! Would recommend this product. I used it with blondeme 30 volume.

I ordered this with the 20% developer under the same brand. My hair is naturally brown with blonde bleached highlights normally done at the hairdressers. I decided to try doing it myself with foils, due to costs, and time and fancied doing it myself. I used the wella one initially with their welloxon but it turned ny hair orange, thank god I only did one strand! Then I came across this blondeme and the utube videos looked good so I thought why not! Smells good and I did both sides of my head using foils. It took me a good 2 hours ish but it was my first attempt. The colour cane out perfect, blonde with some nice lightness white to it, just perfect. The only minus which was my fault, I didn't go closer enough to the root but was scared of tiger stripes and I will go closer next time. I need help doing the back but thats for another day. Saved myself 60 quid and an uncomfortable hairdressing chair. Would recommend product and use with same brand developer 20%.

I've put my hair through serious homebleaching abuse and am delighted I found this product. I use with the Blonde me 30 developer and get a good lift without ruining my hair in the process. It really is amazing stuff and doesn't burn/irritate your scalp like many bleaching products. If you home bleach you really must try this out. It may seem costly but you get plenty of applications from one tub and it is so much kinder to your hair

This does exactly what it is supposed to, recommend using with no more that a 20 developer, or 30 if you are able to add olaplex 1.
I used to achieve the level lightness I wanted (a very pale or light orange/ginger) then applied a hair dye using a level 10 developer to achieve the colour I wanted.
When bleaching please follow guidance on the packaging and remeber this can damage skin and hair if used incorrectly. I will always recommend using olaplex 1 (or a happy alternative) with bleach to help prevent any damage.

Very disappointed with how the item arrived, as a hairstylist who has their bleach in sight of the clients in the salon I was shocked to see how little care had been taken into shipping the item. The item is sealed so hopefully the actual bleach will be good quality but who knows going off the outside package. Will not be purchasing again, be cautious.

What I liked:
- easy to use, good instructions.
- comes with a scoop
- blue bleach to help counteract orange and yellow tones
- no weird smell
- hair is still strong!!!

Dislikes
- this burned!!!!! I have been using bleach for many years and never in my life has a bleach burned this bad. As soon as it got on my skin I had to immediately remove it and it started to burn and turn red. If you are sensitive opt for a bleach that is not as intense! (This lifts up to 9 levels!).
- it made my eyes water and sting!!!
- I'd say it is quite pricey

I used this in my dyed black hair... im pretty amazed at how well it lifted!! I would recommend for dark hair, but always ALWAYS do a patch test.

First time bleaching my hair at home after watching some of hair buddas YouTube vids on how to do it used 20 developer with it and about half the box it lifted my box dyed "dark brown" (black) hair to a light brown! In one sitting with not much damage at all very impressive! Will never go back to using box dyes/bleach. After pic was without toner (went more brown with toner).
