series 5 of the near forever ending show certainly has the fans divided,certainly this appears to be the first time in the series when such a split has been noticed,some say that this series is too silly and not just in J.D's head,some say that J.D is too mean and selfish and not like his usual self in this series and some say that the show is retracing old steps in what they do,well after viewing this series i cant agree with any of that,this series could well be the best yet,flawless and brilliant are two superlatives that im throwing scrubs way yet again.

Series 5 is again filled with laughs,character building,drama,morals that make you think,stories that leave you thirsty for more and all of that makes for tv of the highest calibre.

Scrubs was always more than a comedy,its a show that deals with tragedy in and out of the hospital setting,J.D's inner monolouge brings incite to everything and as well as being funny is reflective and profound and some of the lessons learnt send shivers spiralling out of my spine,the 24 episodes here feature all that we love about the show and i aint going to give anything away here,but it wont hurt to say that at the end of series 3 and four there werent any cliffhangers,well that aint the case here,shocking stuff.

I love scrubs and although each series, up to now, seemed to get better, the format is getting a little tired. We're up to series 5 and it's still hilarious, but those laugh out loud moments seems fewer this time around and JD's daydreams aren't as endearing as they used to be. Saying that, the standard was so high previously that this series is still excellent and easily up to other shows best output. You still get to hear JD's hilarious internal monologue, as well as seeing some of his more outlandish imaginings. The various relationships are both touching and packed with humour. The janitor is still tormenting JD, The Todd is still as chauvinistic, Kelso is as sharp and cutting, Jordan is still as feisty and Dr Cox is as caustic as ever. Still a great show despite my earlier reservations. Buy it, kick back and laugh until your sides need stitches!

To be absolutley honest, when I first saw Scrubs Season 5 on TV, I found it very dissappointing. I decided to buy it for the sake of it, and I can't remember why I hated it! It is just as humourous as all of the other series' and has some hilarious jokes.

It has some great, new different types of episodes such as 'My Deja vu Deja vu' and uses a rip off from the Wizard of Oz. It has some very memorable scenes and some brilliant fantasies and gags!

Trust me, if you didn't like it first time round, if you buy it you will love it! I strongly recommend on buying this! (10/10)
