I read a sentence (somewhere in the middle) about withstanding challenges and how the ability to do so relies heavily on an inherent "alpha trait". I would love to know whether or not the author truly believes this bulls***, and if so, why?
He goes on about how spirituality is so important, and how people (men, specifically) should invest their time in spiritual practices, yet his world-view seems to be very basic. It's surprising that he, someone who claims to have explored his mind through meditation, clearly doesn't know how to think outside of the box in which he lives.

If you're serious about improvement try as a man thinketh
