Great fast paced story. I really like the character Michael Bennett. Although he has had some very sad experiences he remains hopeful.

Another brilliant offering I particularly like the way Micheal's home life and work life are so intertwined. I look forward to the next instalment

When one of Michael Bennett's friends gets murdered, he has to go and solve the murder in Washington DC, where he has no police authority. Away from his family, he depends on help from the DC police and FBI. The story unfolds nicely, and there's the usual twists and turns along the way, but he ends up solving the case (as you would expect). There's the usual cast of supporting kids and (now) wife, along with Seamus. The book is a good read, and is a nice addition to the Bennett series. A great way to spend a few hours enjoying the tale.
