I was definitely sceptical when I ordered these ear savers however they’re best thing I’ve taken a gamble on in ages. I work in aged care and have to wear Medical masks for many hours at a time. The elastic tends to pull on the tops of my ears and subsequently causes pain. They also tend to ride up, obscure my vision and have gaps that allow contaminants both in and out. These little gadgets have fixed all of the aforementioned problems AND they’re silicon so they can be sanitised at the end of each shift. I have long hair that is always pulled back and haven’t had any issues with them interfering with my hairstyle or becoming tangled. I find the easiest way to put them on is to put the mask elastic behind my ears as normal, position the ear saver up high on the back of my head and then move each elastic onto the ear saver one at a time. I highly recommend these doodads. Give them a try - you’ll end up giving them away to friends, family and colleagues because they’re so useful.
